Theresa and her team consistently deliver on quality, both fare and experience. Service is on par with a non-chain outfit -- expect a small wait for a hot sandwich item because it's made to order every time. Whether you're popping by the drive thru for morning coffee or ordering at the counter for a sit-down bite, you'll always be greeted with a smile. The waffles are some of the best in town, and the soups and sandwiches aren't to be overlooked either. There's a reason Out of the Box established itself as a staple in Rapids shortly after they opened.

Not only are there unique flavors and drinks here but the actual flavor of their espresso roast is top notch! I had their pistachio muffin and it was simply divine. Great atmosphere and friendly staff! I'm new to the area and this for sure will be my new spot!! All around fabulous!

One of Rapids's finest coffee houses. This really is a wonderful addition to our places to meet, eat, and drink. I had a cinnamon dolce coffee, a delicious caprese sandwich and cheese soup. They also have some great pastries. Great ambience and friendly service. Premises recently expanded to serve more people!

I would give this place more than 5 ⭐ if I could. Absolute BEST coffee shop/cafe I’ve ever been to! The oatmeal cookie latte is DELICIOUS and the oatmeal cookie can’t be beat (sorry mom)! My husband and daughter both got the campfire cold brew which was also amazing. The chicken club sandwich was SO good- cheese was perfectly melted and the garlic mayo was perfect on it. There is plenty of free parking in the lot and they have a drive thru as well. We are from Neenah but we’re in town for my daughter’s testing and we will definitely drive the 1.5 hours again to come here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cute cozy cafe! Excellent food choices and novelty coffee drinks. Self serve water provided in cute mason jars. Bench and table seating. Lounge area with fireplace. WiFi available to do work and enjoy the cafe. Small area show casing products for purchase. Would definitely return!

Atmosphere is warm and inviting and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Muffins are HUGE and deliciously moist. It was a great place to just sit and talk, as it wasn't too busy and the other people that were there weren't loud. Only complaint was the staff seeming a bit stoic. Hopefully just caught them on a bad day. Definitely want to come back to try more of the menu. Roof appears to have a seating area and would love to try that in the spring or fall! Came a second time, and the Mac & Cheese was sold out before arrival and breakfast was done, so I had the Butterscotch Scones and they are to die for! Soft with most of the butterscotch chips still in one piece! Had the Eggnog Latté, which complimented the scones wonderfully. Told the Mac & Cheese sells fast, so it's now it's my mission to get there before it's gone!

Stopped to finally check out the place for a morning treat with the wife. Had heard lots of great things about the place and it didn't disappoint. Great options at very reasonable prices... about half of what I hear people spending at Starbucks. We are not much of coffee drinkers but tried the cherry chip frappe and a blueberry muffin. Both were tastey.
